What counts toward the number of products?+
Active SKUs synced from your feed. Variants (size/color) are not counted separately.
Does it work with Shoptet / WooCommerce?+
Yes. We connect via Heureka XML, custom XML or CSV. For Shoptet also directly.
How does the promo discount work?+
Each plan shows its current discount and duration alongside the regular price before the discount. Annual billing shows both the yearly amount and its monthly equivalent. Check your specific terms in the portal before confirming your order.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No notice periods, no penalties.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?+
Yes — for businesses that can't send sensitive data outside their own infrastructure, we handle on-premise deployment individually. Get in touch and we'll discuss the options and pricing.
